Inquiries and bookings: when you send us an inquiry via the form or contact us by e-mail or phone, we process your name, e-mail, phone number, requested dates, number of guests and the content of your message. We need this data to reply to you, arrange your stay and conclude the accommodation contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Accommodation: during your stay we keep a register of guests to the extent required by law (in particular the Czech Local Fees Act and the Act on the Residence of Foreign Nationals) and records for accounting and tax purposes (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Running the website: when you visit the website, technical data (IP address, browser type, time of access) is processed automatically to keep the website secure and running, and for anonymous visitor statistics (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Inquiries that did not lead to a stay are kept for a maximum of 1 year. Data related to a completed stay is kept for the period required by law (guest register 6 years, accounting and tax records up to 10 years).

The inquiry form, availability calendar and reviews on the website are provided by the e-chalupy.cz portal, through which your inquiry reaches us; its operator processes data under its own policy.

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA); data transfers are based on standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The website embeds Google services (Google Maps, YouTube videos in privacy-enhanced mode). When displayed, these services may process your data and store cookies under Google’s policies.

We only share data further when required by law (e.g. with authorities inspecting the guest register). We never sell data or share it for marketing purposes.

The website itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Visitor statistics (Vercel Analytics) work without cookies and without identifying visitors. Embedded third-party services (Google Maps, YouTube, e-chalupy.cz) may store cookies. You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

You can exercise your rights by e-mail at chatickalukov@gmail.com. We will reply without undue delay, within 1 month at the latest.

If you believe we are not handling your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz.
